Ryan has practiced family law in a multitude of Texas counties, including the counties of Harris, Montgomery, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Walker, Waller, Trinity, Grimes, Polk, Angelina, and Leon County.
Ryan worked for several major family law firms in the Houston metropolitan area, including Cordell & Cordell and Scott Brown & Associates, before deciding to go into solo practice. Applying a "best practices" approach from these work experiences, Ryan has developed a streamlined approach to the practice of family law that provides his clients with transparent, reliable, and aggressive representation.
Those that know Ryan define him as a nose to the grindstone, keep your head down, and get the job done kind of guy. Ryan is focused, dedicated, and committed to his client's cause.
In his spare time, Ryan can mostly be found on his West Texas tract of land building out his off-grid cabin, and seldomly found kayak fishing or taking in a baseball game.

Ashley Flores brings a remarkable combination of organizational precision, client-focused communication, and operational expertise to the Law Office of Ryan Putz. As Legal Administrator, Ashley is often the first point of contact for clients navigating some of the most stressful moments of their lives — and her calm, organized approach helps set the tone from day one.
Before joining the firm, Ashley built nearly a decade of experience in fast-paced management roles across the Houston area. Most recently, she served as Senior Property Manager and Marketing Associate at a property management company where she oversaw full property operations with direct P&L responsibility — a role that demanded attention to detail, deadline management, and client relationship skills. Prior to that, she managed a large-scale, multi-unit luxury residential community, coordinating large-scale operations and resident communications with professionalism and care.
Ashley has developed strong competencies in contract preparation, account management, and organizational systems. Her background managing complex, detail-driven operations gives her a unique ability to keep the firm running smoothly — so clients always feel supported and nothing falls through the cracks.
